2. Services Provided
Ciro Journeys provides yacht charter brokerage and vacation planning services. We act as an intermediary between you (“Client”) and yacht owners, operators, and service providers.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the yacht owner or operator.

3. Booking and Payments
3.1 Booking Process

• A booking is confirmed only after receipt of a signed agreement and required deposit.

• You agree that all information provided during booking is accurate and complete.

3.2 Payment Terms

• A deposit (typically 30%–50%) is required to secure a booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid prior to the charter start date, as specified in your booking agreement.

• Payments must be made via approved methods listed on our website.

3.3 Additional Costs
You acknowledge that additional expenses may apply, including but not limited to:

• Fuel

• Docking fees

• Crew gratuities

• Food and beverages

• Special requests or excursions

4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Client Cancellations

• Cancellation terms vary depending on the yacht and operator.

• Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Refund eligibility and timelines will be specified in your booking agreement.

4.2 Force Majeure
Ciro Journeys is not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Weather conditions

• Natural disasters

• Government restrictions

• Mechanical failures

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or offer alternatives, but refunds are not guaranteed.

5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

• Comply with all local laws and regulations during your charter

• Follow safety instructions provided by the crew

• Treat the yacht, crew, and equipment with respect

• Ensure that all guests behave appropriately

You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests.

6. Health and Safety

• You must disclose any relevant medical conditions or special requirements prior to the charter.

• Participation in water activities and excursions is at your own risk.

• Ciro Journeys is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.

7. Travel Documentation
You are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, including passports, visas, and any necessary permits.

8. Insurance
We strongly recommend that clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for:

• Trip cancellations

• Medical emergencies

• Personal liability

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Ciro Journeys shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

• We are not responsible for acts, errors, or omissions of third-party providers.

10. Third-Party Services
Ciro Journeys may arrange services through third-party providers. We do not control and are not responsible for their performance, safety standards, or actions.
